Bolivia barracks explosion leaves at least 2 dead

At least two people were killed after an explosion at a military barracks in Viacha, Bolivia, on Friday. Defence Minister Ernesto Justiniano said at least 81 people were injured when pyrotechnic material detonated about 14:30 local time. Seven others remain missing. Health official Rita Nebraska said between 10 and 15 people may have died. Viacha declared three days of mourning.
