The Delhi High Court asked Meta to place on record its policy and eligibility criteria for Rights Manager after creator Mohit Kumar alleged scammers used the tool to issue fraudulent copyright strikes. Justice Anup Jairam Bhambhani also sought the basis for rejecting access applications to the system. Meta told the court the disputed strikes against Kumar were reversed.
