Messi agrees in principle to buy CD Eldense

Lionel Messi has reached an agreement in principle to become the new owner of Spanish second-division club CD Eldense, the club said on Wednesday. The deal would purchase 100 percent of shares held by Colombian group TH Soluciones Group S.A.S. Completion still needs due diligence and High Council for Sports authorisation. Eldense sit 20th in the Segunda.
