Delhi HC dismisses Utimaco plea after 2 May test

The Delhi High Court dismissed Utimaco Technologies' petition against naming C-DOT sole agency for India's emergency cell broadcast system. Justice Sachin Datta dismissed the petition with some observations on Monday. Managing director Ronen Daniel said the firm respects the decision but believes it does not do justice to its position. Urgency returned after a 2 May nationwide cell broadcast test.
