Kerala HC rejects IAS officer's apology in contempt case

The Kerala High Court on July 10 rejected Industries Secretary Biju K's unconditional apology affidavit in a contempt case arising from the Cashew Corporation graft probe, Times of India reported. Justice A Badharudeen directed Biju to revise the affidavit to state his July 6 prosecution sanction order was passed after perusing records and finding a prima facie case. Hearing was adjourned to Wednesday.
