Study finds high confusion among Delhi-NCR patients

A study of 1,000 respondents across Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Faridabad, and Ghaziabad found major gaps in patient guidance and healthcare navigation. The India Patient Navigation and Confusion Index gave Delhi-NCR a score of 68.5, placing it in the high confusion, low navigation category, with care navigation the weakest pillar.
