Ukraine refinery strikes pressure Russian fuel market

Kyiv has stepped up attacks on Russian energy infrastructure in recent weeks, hitting facilities as far as the Urals. The damage is hard to assess, but repeated fires and fuel restrictions show pressure inside Russia's oil system. Moscow had already restricted car-fuel exports before adding jet fuel to the controls during the prolonged Ukraine war.
