Chennai-based Refex Industries Ltd has begun commercial Ready-Mix Concrete operations at its first plant in Wadmukhwadi, Pune, the company said in an exchange filing. The unit will supply concrete for residential, commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects. Refex said it plans to use coal and ash handling experience to move into construction materials.
