Gadkari says Mumbai-Goa highway is 93 percent complete

Union minister Nitin Gadkari said on Wednesday he is ashamed of delays on the 555-km Mumbai-Goa highway and will not attend its inauguration. He said the project is 93 to 94 percent complete and plans an October drive from Mumbai to inspect it. Gadkari warned his ministry could blacklist a record number of contractors within one year.
