NIA secures second warrant against Hafiz Saeed

The NIA told a Jammu court that Lashkar-e-Taiba founder Hafiz Saeed is in Pakistan. It secured a second non-bailable warrant against him in two months. Judge Prem Sagar issued it on September 8. The case follows Mohammad Naqeeb Bhat's arrest with a China-made grenade and 15 live rounds near Srinagar. An earlier July 8 warrant related to the Pahalgam attack.

- That warrant related to last April's Pahalgam attack that left 25 tourists and a local dead.
- The application listed Saeed as a resident of Sargodha in Punjab, Pakistan.
