Supreme Court keeps Satya Niketan case in Delhi HC

The Supreme Court on Thursday allowed the Delhi High Court to keep monitoring the Satya Niketan building collapse. It directed the Municipal Corporation of Delhi to file by September 15 a report on action against unauthorised construction. The High Court's September 7 order on similar PG hostels stands. The High Court will hear the matter on September 25.
