The GST Appellate Tribunal created an online route to club identical legal questions across benches. A July 1, 2026 order listed 504 appeals in nine benches on delay condonation under section 107(4). Hyderabad had 257 cases, Bhopal 75 and Kolkata 46. Taxpayers with multiple GSTINs under one PAN may file one transfer application under updated procedures reviewed by Mint.
