A Supreme Court bench on July 10 said it might refer to a larger bench whether grounds of arrest must be provided in writing or oral communication suffices, Telegraph India reported. Justices Manoj Misra and Shree Chandrashekhar heard Meghalaya's appeal against Sonam Raghuvanshi's bail in the Raja Raghuvanshi murder case. The next hearing is July 14.
