Daraxonrasib data lifts pancreatic cancer hopes

Revolution Medicines presented Phase III RASolute 302 data for oral RAS(ON) inhibitor daraxonrasib at ASCO 2026, Clinical Trials Arena reported. In previously treated metastatic pancreatic cancer, median overall survival reached 13.2 months versus 6.7 months with chemotherapy, while progression-free survival improved to 7.2 months versus 3.6 months. The survival difference is clinically notable here.
