NIA links 14 Ukrainians to Myanmar drone attack

The NIA told a court it received credible information that Ukrainian and US nationals were involved in a drone attack on a civilian aircraft in Myanmar. Its August 19 application says 14 Ukrainians entered India on tourist visas and travelled to Mizoram without required permits. Matthew Aaron Van Dyke was detained at Kolkata airport on March 13.
