Nepal plans mass burials as mortuaries overflow

Nepal's Home Ministry decided on Sunday to proceed with mass burials for unidentified flood victims after mortuaries ran out of space. Officials confirmed 752 deaths, with around 2,500 still missing. Authorities buried 70 unclaimed bodies in Chitwan a day earlier. A Kathmandu doctor said one mortuary held more than four times its capacity. DNA samples will be preserved.
