TCS says no further layoffs planned

TCS Chairman N Chandrasekaran told shareholders at the company's 31st Annual General Meeting that no further workforce downsizing is planned, despite faster adoption of artificial intelligence. His comments followed last year's restructuring, which eliminated around 12,000 jobs. He said TCS still needs to attract the best talent.
