Delhi court frames PMLA charges against Lalu and others

A Delhi court ordered money laundering charges against Lalu Prasad Yadav, Rabri Devi, Tejashwi Yadav and six others in the ED's IRCTC hotel case. Special Judge Vishal Gogne framed charges against nine of 16 accused and discharged seven, agencies said on September 10. The court said it needed only strong suspicion. Formal framing is listed for October 3.
