Delhi HC rejects UltraTech challenge on CCI cement probe

Delhi High Court dismissed UltraTech Cement's appeal against the CCI letting the Builders Association of India join a grey cement cartel probe. Chief Justice Devendra Kumar Upadhyaya and Justice Tejas Karia upheld a December 2023 single-judge order. The CCI opened the case after 2019 complaints, including one from BAI. UltraTech shares traded 0.80 percent lower at Rs 11,086.
