Wipro TimeScope flags idle laptop days as leave

Wipro is rolling out TimeScope software on company-issued laptops to track productivity, including for employees working from home. An email reviewed by Mint said inactive periods on devices can trigger a day's leave if no attendance record backs the day up. Wipro began installing the tool for 5,000 employees around May and is now expanding it.
