BJP calls Rahul's Pune student event a comedy show

On 23 August 2026, BJP Maharashtra vice-president Keshav Upadhye called Rahul Gandhi's Chhatron Ki Goonj interaction in Pune a political comedy show. He said students were brought in college buses and that the speech did not address core student issues.
