Polish FM says Modi helped stop Putin nuclear use

Polish Deputy Foreign Minister Wladyslaw Teofil Bartoszewski said on July 15 that Prime Minister Narendra Modi played a role in dissuading Vladimir Putin from using tactical nuclear weapons in Ukraine in late 2022.
