FIR filed against Bengaluru creche staff over child abuse claims

HAL Police registered a case against the in-charge and caregivers of Little Buds Day Care at Capgemini's Brookefield campus over alleged physical abuse of children on June 25. Tilakesh Kumar filed the complaint. The case was registered under BNS Section 351(2) and Juvenile Justice Act Section 75. Capgemini said it is temporarily closing the on-campus daycare and cooperating with authorities.
