India moves ahead on 114 more Rafale fighters

Air Chief Marshal Amar Preet Singh is on a four-day France visit as India advances a plan to buy 114 Rafale fighters, NDTV reported. Defence Ministry sources said India has sent an official proposal to France, whose response on pricing, production capacity and logistics support is expected in two to three months. Squadron shortages remain central here.
