Coca-Cola plans listing for Hindustan Coca-Cola Holdings

Coca-Cola is exploring a public listing in India for Hindustan Coca-Cola Holdings, parent of bottler Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, The Economic Times reported. The potential listing is expected in 2027 on the BSE and NSE, subject to market conditions and approvals, with Rothschild and Co advising the beverage company. as part of its refranchising plan soon.
