Andhra textbooks revised to drop gender stereotypes

Andhra Pradesh is revising school material to end gender stereotypes and add technology-led learning, Education Minister Nara Lokesh said. Class 1 and 2 books that once showed only women doing chores now show men and women sharing work. Saturday is No Bag Day for practical lessons, including an Artificial Intelligence introduction. Lokesh also described short lesson videos and clicker questions.
