Monaco backpack blast injures three as suspect flees toward French town Beausoleil

Al Jazeera reported June 30 explosion struck about 9 pm Monday at residential building on Rue Révérend Père Louis Frolla near French border. CCTV showed man leaving bag in lobby before detonation.
