UP startups cross 24,000, up from 120 in 2017

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said the state's startups have grown from 120 in 2017 to more than 24,000 today, including eight unicorns. At Lok Bhavan, he released the Uttar Pradesh Startup Policy 2026 and distributed incentives to 107 startups and nine incubators. He said India's startups have crossed 2.5 lakh, up from 500 before 2014.
