At least six people died after a five-storey paying-guest building collapsed in Delhi's Satya Niketan on Sunday. Aiims confirmed the deaths on Monday. Chief Minister Rekha Gupta said water accumulation and basement repair work caused the collapse. Police registered a case against the owner. Twelve people were recovered; six survivors remain in stable condition at hospital.
