The Telegraph reported June 29 former Telegraph editor's renewal stalled after adverse Kolkata Police verification linked to SIR electoral roll deletion in Ballygunge. Satheesan said Rajagopal is appealing exclusion while passport appointment pushed to July 17. Pinarayi Vijayan also criticised denial.
