Supreme Court says third language should start in Class 6

The Supreme Court on July 16 observed that CBSE's mandatory three-language policy should be introduced from Class 6 instead of Class 9. A bench led by Justice BV Nagarathna remarked that introducing a third language in Class 9 would be stressful for students. The court said Class 10 board exam pressure starts as early as Class 8.
