Centre designates Ram temple recce operative and Saeed kin terrorists

The Home Ministry on July 4, 2026, designated 23 Pakistan and PoJK operatives as individual terrorists under UAPA, PTI reported. The list includes JeM operative Mohammad Musaddiq, accused of reconnaissance at Ayodhya Ram Janmabhoomi, RSS headquarters in Nagpur and Panipat refinery. Hafiz Khalid Waleed, Hafiz Saeed's son-in-law, was designated for allegedly masterminding the 2016 Pampore attack.
