BJP names national office-bearers under Nitin Nabin

On 17 August 2026, BJP president Nitin Nabin announced a national team of 13 vice-presidents, eight general secretaries and 16 secretaries. Piyush Goyal was named treasurer and BL Santhosh retained as general secretary organisation. Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulated the newly named office-bearers in a public post. The first team meeting was scheduled for 22 August.
