US authorities listed Khadeer Khan Mohammed, 46, as a fugitive over alleged Medicare fraud through American Premier Labs LLC in Richardson, Texas. Health officials say he submitted about $93 million in genetic-testing claims from August 2023 to October 2024, with at least $65 million paid. Investigators say physicians' identities were used without consent. Officials believe he may be in Hyderabad.
