Ugandan king Oyo of Tooro dies at age 34

King Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV of Tooro in western Uganda has died aged 34. Guinness listed him as the world's youngest reigning monarch. Prime Minister Calvin Armstrong Rwomiire Akiiki announced the death. Oyo became king at three in 1995 after his father died. The kingdom gave no cause. A minister said he was critically ill seeking US treatment.
