The Hindu BusinessLine··1d ago

US Labour Secretary Keith Sonderling suspended Cognizant, Infosys, Tata, Wipro, HCL, Capgemini, Microsoft and Adobe from the Permanent Labour Certification Programme on Thursday, with Vice President JD Vance present. The programme lets employers seek green cards for H-1B workers. Sonderling said the Labour Department will not accept or process new or pending applications involving those companies.
