Telangana publishes SIR 2026 draft electoral rolls

Telangana's draft electoral rolls after the Special Intensive Revision enumeration were published on 17 August. PDFs are on the Chief Electoral Officer's site under SIR Draft Rolls-2026, by district, constituency and part. Claims and objections run from 17 August to 16 September. The final roll is due on 19 October 2026. Voters can also use the ECI voter portal.

What It Means For You
- If you vote in Telangana, you can download the SIR Draft Rolls-2026 PDF from ceotelangana.nic.in by district, Assembly seat and part number.
- Anyone whose name is missing has until 16 September 2026 to file a claim, including Form 6.
- Electors who gave enumeration forms may still receive a verification notice from the Electoral Registration Officer.

Why The Calendar Moved Twice
- The Election Commission extended house-to-house enumeration from 24 July first to 3 August and then to 10 August after the CEO sought more time.
- Polling-station rationalisation was also moved to 10 August.
- The Commission set 1 October 2026 as the qualifying date for this revision.
