Info Edge appoints Himanshu Agarwal as CFO

Info Edge (India) Ltd appointed Himanshu Agarwal as chief financial officer and whole-time director from September 17, 2026. Interim CFO Ambarish Raghuvanshi will stay as finance adviser until October 31 to help the transition. Former Adobe India managing director Naresh Chand Gupta joins as an additional director and non-executive independent director for five years from October 1.
