Calcutta HC lets TMC withdraw money from frozen accounts

Calcutta High Court on July 10 granted conditional permission for Trinamool Congress to withdraw funds from three frozen bank accounts for daily expenses, Telegraph India reported. Justice Saugata Bhattacharyya appointed retired judge Subrata Talukdar as special officer to supervise withdrawals until the Election Commission decides the party faction dispute by September 30.
