SP pledges Rs 40,000 yearly aid for women

Samajwadi Party president Akhilesh Yadav proposed the Stree Samman Samriddhi Yojana, pledging Rs 40,000 a year to every eligible woman if SP wins the 2027 Uttar Pradesh polls. Dimple Yadav sat with him at the announcement. She has spoken in the Lok Sabha and met Sonam Wangchuk at Jantar Mantar. Akhilesh, 53, is broadening PDA outreach before February 2027.
