Nearly 14 lakh join Annamalai's new movement after BJP exit

K Annamalai formally left the BJP on June 5 and announced a new political movement called We The Leaders. Within 24 hours, the movement's website showed nearly 14 lakh active members, and Annamalai said it would contest the next Lok Sabha elections in Tamil Nadu.
