CEC Gyanesh Kumar says India's polls highly transparent

CEC Gyanesh Kumar said India's electoral process is among the most transparent in the world. He said verification runs at every stage. He spoke Friday at a Booth Level Officers programme at Gujarat University. He said parties and agents check rolls, mock polls, EVMs, VVPATs and Form 17C counting. Citizens who completed 18 years belong on the rolls, he said.
