Nine detained after family attacked near Nashik waterfall

Igatpuri police detained nine individuals on July 14 after a family from Nashik was assaulted and their car damaged near Bhavli Dam waterfall on July 12. Two men allegedly whistled at and harassed a woman in the group. When the family objected, eight to ten others including food stall operators joined the assault and chased the car for nearly 20 kilometres.
