SC appoints Justice Nageswara Rao to mediate Kalyani dispute

LiveLaw reported on Monday that the Supreme Court on Monday, July 13, referred the long-running dispute between industrialist Babasaheb Neelkanth Kalyani and sister Sugandha Hiremath to former judge Justice L Nageswara Rao for mediation. A CJI Surya Kant bench asked Bombay High Court to defer Kalyani's Order 7 Rule 11 plea even while talks proceed.
