Two Class 10 students held in Nalgonda principal murder

On 19 August 2026, Nalgonda police said two 16-year-old Class 10 students were arrested for the 11 August killing of principal Kallu Roopa Reddy. Police said she was stabbed 27 times at her Kondamallepally home. SP Sharat Chandra Pawar said one juvenile entered the house while the other kept watch. About Rs 1.54 lakh cash was seized.
