GCC procurement job demand falls 41.7 percent, Quess says

Procurement role demand in India's GCCs fell 41.7 percent in 2025 from 2024, Quess Corp reported. That was the steepest drop among eight non-tech job families. Analytics roles fell 37.9 percent, customer support 34.5 percent and finance and risk 32.8 percent. Overall non-tech GCC demand still rose 49.2 percent to 339,200 roles. Bengaluru held about 29 percent of demand.
