Justice Sanjay Kumar Agrawal was sworn in as the 44th Chief Justice of the Rajasthan High Court at Lok Bhavan on Monday. Governor Haribhau Bagade administered the oath in the presence of Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma. The Union government notified his elevation following a Supreme Court Collegium recommendation. He became a permanent Chhattisgarh High Court judge in March 2016.
