Glassdoor finds Gen Z uses AI yet stays wary

A Glassdoor study found Gen Z workers use AI tools more than older colleagues yet remain more pessimistic about the technology. Nearly half of Gen X workers write positively about company AI use. About one third of Gen Z workers do not share that view. Deloitte data showed more than three-quarters of Gen Z have used standalone AI tools.
