3 killed as BMW crashes on Mumbai Coastal Road

Three people died and one was critically injured after a speeding BMW crashed on Mumbai Coastal Road on Sunday, September 20, 2026, police said. The crash happened at 5:20 a.m. near Lotus Jetty as the car moved from Marine Drive toward Haji Ali. Police said the driver lost control. Two dead were Shanay Gajjal, 21, and Dhirya Seth, 17.
