Bardot estate auction raises nearly 1 million euros in Paris

An auction of Brigitte Bardot's belongings raised nearly one million euros in Paris on Monday, about 20 times Millon estimates, AFP reported. Three thousand bidders pursued 285 items from her Saint-Tropez homes and Paris flat. Proceeds go to her animal foundation and only child after Bardot died at 91. Two dog collars estimated at 30 euros sold for 9,400 euros.
